Delivery

All orders will dispatched same day via Parcel Force Express 24 delivery if placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be dispatched Monday.

We also offer a click and collect option for orders local to us. This is available Monday to Friday between 09:30 till 04:00pm. Saturday collection can be arranged by contacting info@sunglassbay.com.

Over Bank Holidays we will try our best to get orders sent the day of the order, please be aware that postage is slower during this time, and next day delivery may not be applicable. 

Returns

At present we do not offer free returns in order to keep our prices as low as possible.  We ask that when returning your order, please make sure the invoice is in the package.

The parcel needs to be sent to the address listed on the invoice, we suggest having the parcel tracked. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us at info@sunglassbay.com and we will be happy to help.
